Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather conditions.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute packages once they have shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We cannot replace items marked as delivered.
